Waiting on Pettitte and Mussina
No exciting news on the Yankee personnel front. Hopefully we’ll hear about Mike Mussina’s decision as well as Yankee negotiations with Andy Pettitte. Yankees are under a Thursday deadline with Pettitte.
The Yankee organization continues to move into the new stadium including personnel offices and Monument Park. LoHud Yankees Blog reports that the stadium will be equipped with the latest in video technology to enhance the fan’s experience at the ball park. Apparently .. “The Stadium has the capability to allow fans to communicate with players before and after the game using interactive video-based technology.”. Should be pretty cool. Hopefully I can afford the tickets without taking out a loan.

i was watching Mike Francesa yesterday. He doesn’t think Mussina will retire, not coming of a 20 win season. But he also thinks that Mussina and Girardi don’t get along. i’m starting to think that Mussina will play next year but some place else. I kinda hope he stays with the Yankees if he does play.
